Day 8 of Sailing (Thursday)

Day 8 of sailing and not much is happening here.  Had a beautiful sunset last night … we were hoping for one that has no clouds so that we could get to see the flash of green that happens when the sun dips below the horizon without clouds but alas there was clouds so no flash …

This morning was pancakes for brekky so I had 2 of them can’t really pig out as I still haven’t got my appetite back completely which is probably a good thing since we can’t do much on the ship.

Neil and I spent the morning up on the third level while the weather was good …

After lunch was just movies and I finally got to see what the sea was like when we were sick.  Brenda, who was fine when we all had our heads in the bucket, took photos and movies of the sea coming over the bow of the ship … remember the seas were very rough coming out of NZ and for quite a few days but unfortunately we were sick during most of it!
